About division

The Technology Division focuses on green energy and intelligent infrastructure solutions. It turns in-house research and partnerships into technologies ready for deployment in real projects. Current priorities include green hydrogen electrolysis, solar and hybrid systems for existing buildings, and advanced infrastructure monitoring. The division combines development of proprietary equipment with the ability to structure projects on an EPC+F basis (engineering, procurement, construction and financing). Technologies are designed with scalability and commercial application in mind.

ALTERNATIVE POWER GENERATION

Green Hydrogen Electrolysis

We are developing high-efficiency electrolysis technology for producing green hydrogen from renewable power. The objective is to reach energy efficiency levels of up to around 85% and create equipment suitable for industrial and mobility applications. Our work includes concept design, prototype construction and integration into pilot projects. Business models range from selling equipment and licenses to delivering full EPC+F solutions and participating in operating companies.

Solar, Wind & Hybrid Power

The division designs and delivers solar and hybrid power solutions primarily for existing buildings, rooftops and smaller sites. Systems can be structured as turnkey installations, including engineering, procurement, construction and, where relevant, financing. Hybrid concepts combine solar, wind and storage to increase self-consumption and resilience. Each project is engineered to improve energy cost stability and reduce exposure to market volatility.

INFRASTRUCTURE MONITORING SYSTEM DEVELOPMENT

We develop devices and digital platforms for monitoring a wide range of assets, including railways, roads and urban infrastructure. Sensor networks, monitoring vehicles and analytical software provide continuous real-time information on structural condition and performance. Early identification of issues allows asset owners to plan interventions and optimize maintenance budgets. Solutions can operate as stand-alone systems or be integrated into existing control centers and smart-city platforms.
