The Real Estate Division builds, owns and manages properties, like industrial parks, residential and agricultural projects. It combines development expertise with an ownership mindset, focusing on long-term performance of each asset. The division often enters projects as a developer and partner, aligning interests with tenants and co-investing entities. The investment approach blends long-term holding, value-add strategies and partial sales, depending on the profile of each project.

DEVELOPMENT OF INDUSTRIAL, COMMERCIAL, HOSPITALITY, RESIDENTIAL & PUBLIC FACILITIES

We originate and structure real estate projects from land acquisition and concept design through permitting and construction. Industrial and residential properties remain the primary focus, complemented by selected commercial and hospitality schemes. Each project is shaped around market demand, tenant requirements and local planning conditions. Attention to layout, energy use and operating costs is embedded in the early planning stages.

DESIGN–BUILD–OWN–OPERATE MODEL

In many cases we are developers, designing, constructing and then owning and operating the asset. Structures are flexible and can include long leases, joint ventures or tailored partnership models. The goal is to combine technical quality with durable cash flows over the life of the property.
