The Construction Division delivers complex infrastructure and building projects across railways, industrial, commercial, hospitality, residential and public facilities. The division operates as a turnkey contractor, taking responsibility from design to delivery on site. Sustainability and alignment with the EU Green Deal are built into project concepts from the beginning.
We execute construction and reconstruction of railway lines, structures, stations and depots. Works are planned to fit operational schedules and minimize disruption, including projects carried out next to live traffic. We design and deliver industrial parks, logistics hubs, hotels, offices, residential projects and public buildings on a turnkey basis. As a single contractor, we coordinate design, procurement and construction under one contract structure. Energy efficiency, renewable integration and low-carbon solutions are treated as standard design topics. Each project is tailored to the operations and long-term objectives of the future users.
